BUDGET cuts on City Hall departments’ allocation continue to be revealed as the deliberations for next year’s budget continues Thursday.

The dilapidated city-run J.R. Borja General Hospital’s total maintenance and other operating expenses (MOOE) for next year is P32,915,000, a measly increase from this year’s P32,699,647.
