AT LEAST four doctors from the J.R. Borja Memorial City Hospital (JRBMCH) transferred to two municipal hospitals in Misamis Oriental, top official from the Provincial Health Office (PHO) said.
Dr. Ignacio Moreno, PHO chief, confirmed this on Sunday during the inauguration and turn-over ceremony of the P20-million Misamis Oriental Provincial Hospital-Balingasag.
