Good day! I’m very much optimistic with our present city hall administration this time. The way I see it, it would really be possible that this would push through 2nd quarter of this year. Let’s just hope and pray.
Impossible man na bai mahitabo… Walay kwarta city hall. The city hall has no budget..
That’s a law. It should be given to the health workers no matter what. They will be forced to implement it… That’s an old issue already. They should have worked on it few years back. (read RA 7305)
Good thing you made a link to RA 7305 Leonardo. In case they did not know about the law. It is really a law for them to follow.

As I told you earlier this year, way klaro nang city hall. Wala gyapon gihatag sa inyo ang dapat sa inyo. Magna carta???? WALA NAAA!!!!
Hangggang ngayon hindi pa rin ba maibigay yan sa taga City Health at City Hospital. Mahiya naman kayong mga nakaupo diyan!!! Ibigay nyo naman ang para sa kanila. I’ve been there patient and I know how hard their work are and also the risk. They are entitled to that. I’ll be watching you people.
Mr. Mayor, pakinggan mo naman ang mga hinaing ng mga health employees ng city government. Maawa kana man sa kanila. We know you can spare with them what they really ought to have. Have a heart if you do have one.

I think only Cagayan de Oro alone is not implementing magna carta. All other hospitals are already implementing it. Kawawa naman kayong mga cagaya-anons. Ipaglaban nyo iyan…
